Shipping policy

• We store all products in local country warehouse, despatched by local courier service to give customer best shopping experience.  For Australia, all our goods are stored and dispatched from Sydney warehouses.
• Once you have chosen your products and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.
• After that, we will send out your items within 1-3 business days.
• Normally we are using Local Post service like Australia Post, but some items exceed the request Post Office, and we may use other shipping companies such as TNT, Startack , Toll IPEC, Fastway, and Allied Express.
• The website will show shipping cost at the checkout step, the cost is depending on the prodcut's weight and your location. (Additional charges may apply for remote areas in West Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory other than the cost listed online)
