Refund policy

We offer a free refund and exchange within 30-days of purchase.

You can return or exchange the product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Print the return label that we sent to you, pack the products back in box, put the label on box and drop in Post Office to return it.

We will check the product when we got them and then issue the refund or send new products to you.

Note- We cannot refund original shipping cost and return shipping cost（unless there is damage, inconsistent with the description & photo or other problem caused by our service)
